Job Summary: We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to develop functional and intuitive interfaces, with a focus on user experience and usability, for digital casino and betting platforms. Key Highlights: 1. Creating interfaces and layouts with a focus on UX/UI and usability. 2. Developing wireframes, navigation flows, and prototypes. 3. Working on casino/betting (Bets) platform projects. We are looking for a **UX/UI Designer** with a strong focus on **user experience, usability, and the creation of functional and intuitive interfaces**, to work on layout and navigation flow development for **digital casino and betting (Bets) platforms**. The ideal candidate must master both **visual experience (UI)** and **user experience (UX)**, with a strategic eye for screen organization, information hierarchy, buttons, colors, interactions, and user behavior in high-conversion digital environments. **Responsibilities:** * Creating **interfaces and layouts with a focus on UX/UI**, prioritizing usability, clarity, and user experience * Developing **wireframes, navigation flows, and prototypes** for digital platforms * Creating and optimizing **screen layouts**, buttons, colors, components, and interactions * Direct involvement in **casino/betting (Bets) platform projects** * Collaborating with product, marketing, and technology teams to ensure alignment between design, functionality, and business objectives * Continuous adjustments and improvements based on feedback, metrics, and usability best practices * Ensuring **visual consistency** and adherence to brand and product guidelines * Providing visual support for demands related to the evolution of digital projects **Technical Requirements:** * Proven experience as a **UX/UI Designer** * Proficiency in design tools * Solid knowledge of **usability, information architecture, and user experience** * Ability to create layouts considering **flows, user behavior, and conversion** * Up-to-date portfolio featuring **UX/UI and digital interface projects** * Experience with complex digital projects (platforms, systems, or digital products) **Behavioral Skills:** * Analytical thinking and problem-solving focus * Organization and attention to detail * Proactivity and autonomy in executing tasks * Strong communication skills and ease of collaborative work * Ability to receive feedback and iterate solutions rapidly **Advantages:** * Prior experience with **Bets, Casino, or iGaming projects** * Experience with high-conversion digital products * Experience in agile environments and use of tools such as Trello, Slack, or Notion; **Benefits:** Location: Remote Contract type: PJ Payment in USD
