They will create digital assets and, when necessary, printed materials, contributing to campaigns, institutional communication, and brand presence across digital channels. We seek a professional with creative repertoire, organizational skills, and execution capability—able to transform requirements into clear and efficient visual solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Prior experience as a Designer (senior level); * Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar); * Knowledge of digital design (social media, websites, banners, campaigns); * Consistent experience in visual identity and brand consistency; * Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into visual solutions; * Basic video editing knowledge (a plus); * Familiarity with UX/UI (a plus); * Creative, organized, and detail-oriented profile; * Strong communication and alignment skills with team members and stakeholders; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks; * Interest in continuous learning and staying updated on trends. **Responsibilities:** * Create graphic assets for campaigns and institutional, real estate, and other communications; * Develop materials for social media, websites, and digital media; * Ensure visual brand consistency across all materials; * Interpret briefs and propose creative solutions; * Perform adjustments and revisions per internal requests; * Collaborate with other departments (marketing, sales, etc.); * Organize design files and assets.
