Apply now!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate the procurement team (4 or more members), fostering talent development, performance evaluation, and people management. * Develop, monitor, and report monthly performance against targets, including KPIs such as: procurement spend, procurement savings, procurement lead time, active contracts versus spot purchases, expired and expiring contracts, compliance rate, and team productivity. * Serve as the focal point for the Procurement and Facilities Management team in internal audit processes, internal controls, PMO, and other regulatory bodies, coordinating analysis of requests, organizing documentation, and executing action plans. * Implement improvement and training initiatives, providing support and training to teams on procurement systems, processes, and best practices. * Qualify suppliers through performance evaluations involving requesting teams, analyzing delivery timelines, quality, and adherence to agreed terms. * Serve as the focal point for the Procurement Management team in audit processes, internal controls, PMO, and related procedures, coordinating analysis of requests, organizing documentation, and executing action plans. * Participate in budget planning and control for the Procurement and Facilities Management team, collaborating in goal definition and resource allocation. * Ensure the Procurement and Facilities Management team adheres to industry best practices through market benchmarking. * Ensure procurement contracting processes comply with company guidelines and policies, guaranteeing integrity, ethics, transparency, and adherence to internal regulations. * Keep the Procurement Policy updated, incorporating process improvements and system updates, ensuring processes reflect approved best practices. * Communicate and train teams on updates to policies, procedures, and work instructions related to Procurement and Facilities Management. * Guide the team on complex processes to ensure continuous development of buyers and knowledge standardization. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, International Trade, or Logistics * Postgraduate degree / MBA in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or Procurement **Mandatory:** * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel, plus knowledge of BI tools, applied Artificial Intelligence, and automation * Experience with integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, preferably Oracle * Proven experience in strategic and highly complex commercial negotiations * Experience in supplier qualification and approval processes * Knowledge of applied financial mathematics for negotiations and contract analysis * End-to-end procurement process experience, from requisition to contracting * Experience in people management and team leadership * Ability to define, track, and analyze KPIs and performance indicators * Knowledge of procurement-related auditing and internal controls * Experience in compliance management, ensuring adherence to regulations and policies * Skill in preparing managerial presentations and executive reports * Ability to conduct benchmarking and market analysis to support decision-making **Desirable:** * Experience in regulated companies or the financial sector **Additional Information** **Hybrid Work Model:** 2 days per week in the office.
