We are seeking a **Controller Manager** to help develop and ensure implementation of the Controller function’s strategy — covering planning, financial and non-financial analysis and management (e.g., ESG), advising the management team, and influencing strategic direction in alignment with business objectives, Group standards, accounting principles, and regulations.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead monthly and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
* Serve as a strategic business partner to operational, commercial, and support function leadership
* Drive Budget, Forecast, and long-term planning processes, ensuring alignment with business strategy
* Analyze financial performance (Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast) and translate data into actionable insights
* Lead profitability analyses by customer, product, route, and service
* Ensure cost control discipline, with continuous focus on efficiency and margin improvement
* Guarantee compliance with Group policies, IFRS, and internal controls (ICS)
* Lead and develop the controller team, promoting high performance and engagement
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
* Postgraduate degree/MBA (preferred)
* Solid experience in controlling, FP&A, or strategic finance, with managerial-level responsibilities
* Relevant experience in multinational companies, preferably in logistics, transportation, or services sectors
* Advanced knowledge of IFRS and corporate reporting practices
* Experience with ERP (SAP) and analytical tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, etc.)
* Fluent English — frequent interaction with global stakeholders
* Spanish is a plus
