Ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, just as humility, commitment, and diversity do. **Job Description** * Structure and maintain the central process repository, ensuring standardization, organization, and easy access to information. * Define and operate review cycles, versioning, and approval workflows to ensure processes remain up-to-date and valid. * Analyze process gaps, rework, and improvement opportunities, proposing optimizations and automations using tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, and other digital solutions. * Train departments on process execution and promote a process-oriented management culture. * Lead transitions to new workflows and working methods, ensuring adoption of solutions and providing departmental support. * Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency, compliance, and performance. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in **BPMN 2\.0** notation and diagramming tools (e.g., **Visio, Bizagi, or Lucidchart**). * Experience implementing governance cycles (e.g., periodic reviews, versioning, and document control). * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of **Power Automate** (for workflow automation), **Excel**, and **SharePoint** (for repository and list structuring). * Familiarity with agile methodologies (**Scrum/Kanban**) or traditional project management frameworks (**PMBOK**) for managing change. * Basic understanding of **Power BI** for building dashboards displaying performance indicators (**KPIs**) for mapped processes. **Additional Information** * CBPP certification (**Certified Business Process Professional**) is desirable. **Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
