Apply now and become our Next Talent! **About the position:** We are hiring a **Construction Supervisor with proven field experience** to work on industrial, solar, and electromechanical installation projects. The professional will be responsible for leading assemblers, semi-skilled workers, and assistants—organizing work fronts, monitoring team productivity, quality, and safety. If you are passionate about construction and seek an opportunity to grow and make a difference in challenging projects, **we want to meet you!** **Responsibilities and duties** **These will be your responsibilities:** * Lead electromechanical assembly teams; · Monitor installation of cable trays, cable ladders, and conduits; * Supervise laying, organization, and identification of de-energized cables; * Verify measurements, levels, squares, alignments, and angles; * Interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and technical instructions; * Monitor productivity and quality of execution; * Guide assistants, semi-skilled workers, and assemblers; * Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** **Additionally, you will stand out if you have:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel); * Expertise in electrical, automation, mechanical, and civil construction techniques; * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; * Experience in quality control; * Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Willingness to work overtime when required. **Additional information** **Benefits:** Competitive remuneration; Bonus for achieving targets; Attendance bonus (monthly) / Amount defined per project: the employee forfeits the bonus if they have more than one absence (excused or unexcused), fail the breathalyzer test, or violate safety rules; Opportunity to participate in technical refresher and upskilling programs supported by SENAI Sertãozinho; Opportunity for career growth in industrial construction and solar energy projects; For local residents: transportation points provided within the city to the worksite, plus lunch provision; For residents from other cities: accommodation, meals, and transportation expenses covered, along with scheduled leave days for returning home, per internal policies and prior agreement; Overtime: compensated with a 60% premium Monday through Saturday, and 100% on Sundays and holidays; Field leave: coordinated according to project requirements. **Important:** Willingness to travel and remain away from home for periods of **30 to 60 days**, as required by the project. All cable and installation activities must occur only under safe conditions, with circuits **de-energized, locked out, tagged, and authorized for work**, per company procedures. **Selection Process Steps:** The selection process includes: Behavioral Interview with HR, Technical Interview, Questionnaire, and Practical Assessment. **Work Location and Schedule:** Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM; Fridays, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
