Teamwork and attention to safety **Job Opening: Construction Laborer – Civil Construction** Idealize Engenharia is seeking a qualified professional to work as a Construction Laborer, contributing to high-standard civil construction projects. **Summary of Responsibilities:** * Assist masons, carpenters, rebar workers, and other site personnel in performing their tasks; * Prepare and transport materials, tools, and equipment required for work; * Load and unload construction materials; * Maintain a clean and organized construction site by removing debris and waste; * Assist in assembling scaffolding, shoring, and temporary structures; * Prepare mortars, concrete, and pastes as instructed; * Supply work fronts with necessary materials and tools; * Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety at the workplace; * Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). **Education:** * Completed elementary school. **Experience:** * Prior experience in construction sites or general civil construction services is preferred. **Job Competencies:** * Basic knowledge of occupational safety; * Familiarity with construction tools and materials; * Physical fitness for operational tasks; * Responsibility; * Organization; * Proactivity; * Teamwork; * Agility; * Attention to safety regulations. **Working Hours:** * 44 hours per week. **Salary:** * Market-competitive.
