Monitor weighing. Determine and indicate unloading location. Verify cargo type, weight, batch, origin, destination, visual inspection, and quantity. Verify manifests. Allocate cargoes and inspect seals. Identify shortages and overages. Complete forms. Issue damage reports. Prepare cargo lists by space, and other duties inherent to the role. Previous experience as Inventory Clerk, Cargo Clerk, Goods Clerk, or Receiving Clerk may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position.
