**Job Description** **Hybrid:** This position requires being physically present in the office 3 times per week (Tuesday to Thursday) **The role:** The Commercial Operations and Cadillac Dealer Network Performance Consultant will serve as the liaison between central strategy and execution at dealerships, ensuring consistency and excellence in Cadillac’s sales and post-sales operations. This professional will act in a consultative capacity with the dealer network, leading continuous improvement of sales and post-sales performance, ensuring adherence to Cadillac standards, and delivering a premium, differentiated customer experience throughout the entire customer journey. **What you will do (responsibilities):** * Strengthen Cadillac dealership performance through coaching, mentoring, and strategic planning. * Act as a strategic partner to the dealer network, promoting sustainable performance and alignment with brand strategy. * Conduct regular visits, identify improvement opportunities, and track action plans. * Monitor sales, post-sales, customer service, and customer satisfaction metrics. * Ensure efficiency in the sales funnel, CRM, and the Cadillac premium customer journey. * Ensure compliance with Cadillac’s operational, commercial, and brand standards. * Support implementation of commercial programs and end-to-end processes. * Address operational deviations by identifying gaps and improvement opportunities. * Prepare performance analyses and executive reports. **Location:** São Caetano do Sul \- SP **Your skills and competencies (required qualifications):** * Bachelor’s degree completed. * Professional experience with luxury automotive brands. * Prior experience with OEMs in sales and/or post-sales operations. * Field operations experience within a dealership network, preferably with premium or luxury brands. * Willingness to travel regularly within the area of responsibility. * Valid driver’s license and ability to drive. * Experience in a consultative role or performance management is highly desirable. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI; experience with AI tools is a valuable differentiator. **What may give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):** * Advanced or fluent English is preferred; * Strong customer orientation and focus on premium experience.
