Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for budgetary control, material schedule management, contractor measurements, invoice tracking, report generation, and work order preparation in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Communicative, dynamic profile with strong teamwork skills. **Responsibilities:** Budgetary control; Material schedule management; Contractor measurements; Invoice tracking; Report generation; Work order preparation, etc. **Requirements:** * Communicative, dynamic profile with strong teamwork skills. * Proficiency in Excel. * Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction planning is considered a plus. * Graduated, or currently enrolled in Civil Engineering from the 3rd semester onward. **Additional Information:** * On-site work: Project 1 in Faiçalvile Sector / Project 2 in Jd Colorado. * Remuneration: BRL 2,500–3,000 per month (depending on experience) + breakfast and lunch on site. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. Payment: BRL 2,500.00–BRL 3,000.00 per month. Work location: On-site
