




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to draft technical documents, organize tables, and conduct field technical visits to develop Owner's Manuals for engineering/architecture projects. Collaborating with engineering/construction teams We are looking for a professional focused on **drafting technical texts, organizing tables, and conducting field technical visits**, contributing to the development of **Owner's Manuals** for engineering/architecture projects. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct **field technical visits** to gather information; * Collect data, photographic records, and execution-related information; * Draft and review **descriptive technical texts**; * Develop and organize **technical tables and spreadsheets**; * Support the creation of the **Owner's Manual**, ensuring clarity and standardization of information; * Interact with engineering/construction teams to align information; * Ensure quality and organization of technical documentation. **Requirements:** * Degree in or currently pursuing **Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields**; * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)**; * Availability for **technical visits**; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with **Owner's Manuals** or similar technical documentation; * Field experience on construction sites or project monitoring; * Ability to read technical drawings.
