Knowledge of general meat cuts **Working Hours:** From **8:00 AM to 4:30 PM**, with a **1-hour break** **Must reside in Campinas - SP** **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced **Charcoal Grill Cook** to prepare meats and chicken on charcoal grills, handling **à la carte** orders and **self-service buffet**, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and organization. **Required Knowledge, Experience, and Prerequisites:** * Proven experience with **charcoal grills** * Experience in preparing **meats and deboned chicken** * Ability to **debone chicken** * Knowledge of **general meat cuts** * **Availability and willingness** to work every day of the week, including **Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays**, with **one weekly day off** **Job Responsibilities:** * **Debone and marinate chicken** * Grill **chicken and meats** according to house standards * Prepare dishes for **à la carte orders and self-service buffet** * Organize and fulfill orders according to **printed tickets** * Perform **cleaning and organization** of the workplace Job Type: Full-time CLT
