### **ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY** As a Junior Implementation/Omnichannel Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a strong, efficient, and guided onboarding experience—directly impacting operations and perceived value delivery from day one. You will operate on the front line of initial implementation, conducting training sessions, supporting customer environment configuration, monitoring system adoption, and ensuring implementation is completed within defined timelines. Your work is critical to customer success, active base expansion, and churn reduction. If you are proactive, learn quickly, enjoy helping people, pursue continuous improvement, and have the energy to tackle daily challenges, this opportunity is for you! ### **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** Conduct initial training and follow-up rituals during the first days. Support customers in configuring and activating omnichannel channels (with focus on messaging channels). Deliver additional module trainings throughout the journey (e.g., finance, reporting, etc.). Execute closing training and lead validation of completion against clear criteria. Organize customer schedules, make proactive outreach, and ensure all customers progress through correct stages. Make daily calls for portfolio warm-up, guidance, and to ensure customer progress. Lead clear, objective, and pedagogical meetings via Meet. Monitor SLAs for activation, completion, and closure. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers’ initial questions. Accurately record all activities in HubSpot: tasks, progress, risks, and next steps. Proactively escalate churn risks and technical difficulties. ### **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** Prior experience in training, implementation, customer support, or Customer Success. Proven ability to lead online meetings (Meet). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organization, priority management, and operational consistency. Basic knowledge of Excel and digital communication tools. Availability to conduct daily phone calls with customers. ### **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** Experience with or exposure to Omnichannel solutions (centralization of customer service channels). Practical knowledge or familiarity with Meta’s API rules and configurations (focused on WhatsApp Business API, message templates, approvals, and workflows). Ability to adapt processes according to customer segment and complexity. Skill in creating routines, checklists, and internal improvements. Quick mastery of new modules, features, and integrations.
