Job Summary: Experienced Compensation and Benefits professional to supervise and conduct salary surveys, manage benefits, and coordinate internal events. Key Highlights: 1. Data-driven decision making **Responsibilities:** * Supervision and execution of salary surveys. * Salary studies for talent acquisition and retention. * Annual salary review (promotions, merit increases, and job leveling). * Management of compensation KPIs. * PLR calculation. * Updating of salary tables. * Participation in workforce planning and organizational structure review. **Benefits:** * Manage all non-financial benefits offered by the company. * Ensure operational continuity of statutory benefits. * Map cost and perceived value of each benefit. * Coordinate internal events to promote benefits. * Propose improvements to the benefits package. * Conduct studies and negotiate new benefits. * Propose process optimization initiatives for the area. **Knowledge/Skills:** * Systemic vision and preventive focus. * Motivational leadership profile. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with multidisciplinary teams. * Data-driven decision making. **Software:** * Microsoft Office \- Advanced * Excel \- Advanced * Data analysis (Power BI \- preferred but not mandatory) **Experience:** * Proven extensive experience working in Compensation and Benefits. * Experience with WTW methodology (Willis Towers Watson) **Education:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA is desirable. **Languages:** * English \- Fluent proficiency is mandatory. * Spanish is considered a plus. **Work Location:** * NBA \- São Paulo, SP; **Work Model:** * Hybrid (4 days on-site, 1 day remote) **Business Travel:** * Willingness to travel occasionally as required by the department.
