Values communication, proactivity, and owner mindset Job Description: Manages invoice issuance, order verification, and billing, ensuring tax (ICMS, PIS, COFINS) and contractual compliance. Essential to the finance department, oversees accounts receivable and organizes reports. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Invoice Issuance:** NF-e, NFS-e for sales, shipping, and services. * **Tax Compliance:** Tax and rate calculations. * **DANFE Proficiency** * **Commercial/Industrial Billing Clerk:** Focuses on sales, transportation, and tax invoices such as ICMS and IPI. Strong communication skills, proactivity, willingness to assist, and an owner mindset toward the role.
