Currently, we have more than 15 consultants and analysts distributed nationwide. We provide comprehensive solutions for businesses and professionals seeking to strengthen their online presence, with plans starting at R$369.90 per month. We are looking for communicative, proactive, and results-oriented individuals to perform lead analysis and qualification (SDR). **Key Responsibilities** * Prospecting and Customer Engagement: Initiate first contact with leads via WhatsApp and voice calls. * Commercial Presentation: Send demonstration materials (videos) about the product to qualify the lead's interest. * Sales Funnel Management: Identify genuine business opportunities and hand over qualified leads (handover) to the Project Manager to close the sale. * Data Organization: Keep the CRM updated with the status of each interaction, ensuring a complete customer history. **Requirements** * Experience: Proven experience in digital sales or active commercial customer service. * Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proactivity and organizational ability. * Profile: Aptitude for working with targets and a strong focus on results. * Infrastructure: Access to high-quality internet and availability of a suitable environment for remote work. **Work Model** * Remote work (home office) * PJ / MEI contract (CNPJ / MEI registration required after the trial period) * Performance-based targets and bonuses **Compensation** * Initial hiring covers a 30-day trial period, during which you will work 100% on commission, receiving 50% on each sale (average sale value: R$185.00\) * After the 30-day trial period, if both parties express mutual interest, you will receive a fixed allowance of R$800.00 \+ 50% commission. After 60 days, with strong performance and mutual interest, you will receive R$1\.600 fixed \+ 50% commission and bonuses; Payment: starting from R$740.00 per month Work Location: Remote
