Strengthening partnerships with internal and external customers **HR Assistant** **Responsibilities:** * Employee support: addressing general inquiries, providing guidance on internal processes and company policies. * Distribution of PPEs: organization, control, and instruction on correct usage of personal protective equipment. * Reception, company introduction, explanation of regulations and organizational culture. * Relationship management with internal and external customers: clear communication, administrative support, and partnership strengthening. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in administrative and HR routines, including hiring, onboarding, and employee support processes. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and courteously. * Proficiency in customer service, emphasizing attentiveness, empathy, and issue resolution. * Organizational skills and attention to detail, especially regarding documentation and recordkeeping related to PPEs and internal processes. * Interpersonal relationship skills, acting as a liaison among employees, managers, and customers. * Proactivity and collaborative attitude, seeking solutions and supporting various departments as needed. * Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and HR management systems. **What We Offer:** * Fixed Salary: R$ 1.800,00 * Meal/food allowance: R$ 1.200 per month * Hybrid work model: 2 days onsite at the office and 3 days remote. * Health and dental insurance after probation period. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Company vehicle for travel between units.
