We are looking for engaged, committed individuals eager to contribute in a collaborative and dynamic environment. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Interface with internal departments (Logistics, Transportation, Sales, Tax, and Distribution Center); * Record and handle incidents related to deliveries, damages, returns, and complaints; * Keep customers informed about order status and the progress of resolutions. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Commercial Management, CX (Customer Experience), or related fields.
