Identify opportunities for continuous improvement **Brief Description:** Responsible for leading end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes—from aligning the job profile with the hiring manager to onboarding (Onboarding) new employees. Supports the management of departmental spreadsheets and processes, assists in the employee journey, and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement—contributing to strengthening People & Management practices and enhancing internal process excellence. **Minimum Requirements:** Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, and/or Psychology; Prior experience in this role; Basic Excel proficiency. **Additional Notes:** Experience in active candidate sourcing (Hunting); Familiarity with the Sólides platform; Expertise in behavioral profile analysis. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Execute the entire Recruitment and Selection process (job alignment, posting, screening, interviews, and hiring); 2\. Source candidates matching the published profile within the requesting department’s expectations, using hunting and screening techniques; 3\. Coordinate interviews alongside hiring managers; 4\. Update departmental spreadsheets daily/weekly; 5\. Conduct onboarding for new employees; 6\. Monitor the probationary period of employees; 7\. Provide data for departmental KPIs; 8\. Support wellness events and initiatives; 9\. Perform other duties inherent to the role.
