Job Summary: Work as an Accounting Assistant in São Bernardo do Campo, performing journal entries, reconciliations, supporting monthly financial closing and ancillary obligations, providing customer service, and interfacing with other departments. Work with journal entries, reconciliations, trial balances, and customer support. **Position: Accounting Assistant** ----------------------------- Company: Accounting Firm in São Bernardo do Campo – SP Salary: To be negotiated (please indicate your salary expectation) Benefits: Meal allowance, transportation allowance, and life insurance Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:45 to 17:30 ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform accounting journal entries and bank reconciliations; * Support monthly financial closing; * Classify and verify accounting documents; * Assist in preparing trial balances and financial statements; * Support submission of ancillary obligations; * Organize and control accounting and tax documents; * Provide customer service and support; * Interface with Tax and Finance departments. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences (completed or in progress); * Prior experience in accounting routines; * Knowledge of accounting journal entries and reconciliations; * Proficiency in Excel; * Experience with the Domínio system; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset. ### **Preferred Qualification:** * Experience in an accounting office will be considered a plus. Education: Accounting Sciences (completed or in progress). Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
