Organize documents and provide administrative support **Responsibilities:** * Support the company’s administrative routines, ensuring organization and process efficiency; * Manage, update, and analyze **Excel spreadsheets**; * Use **formulas such as VLOOKUP** to cross-check and verify information; * Organize and manage documents, both physical and digital; * Support departments such as Finance, HR, Procurement, or Operations, as required; * Monitor simple performance indicators and generate management-support reports; * Provide administrative support to leadership and internal teams. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Administration or related fields is preferred); * Proficiency in the **Microsoft Office Suite**, with **intermediate-level Excel skills**; * Experience in **spreadsheet management** and using **VLOOKUP**; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility; * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in administrative routines; * Knowledge of additional Excel features (e.g., Pivot Tables, other formulas); * Experience working in operational or industrial companies.
