Then this position is for you! We are seeking a **UX Designer with solid Figma experience** to create intuitive, accessible, and impactful experiences for millions of people. We leverage artificial intelligence to deliver innovative and human-centered solutions, and you will be a **key player** in this process. **Responsibilities:** * Create flows, wireframes, low- and high-fidelity prototypes and interfaces in Figma. * Collaborate closely with developers and product owners (POs). * Propose design solutions and processes, including those involving AI. * Build Design Systems powered by AI. * Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and consistency across all screens. **Requirements:** * Proven experience using Figma in digital projects. * Ability to transform complex problems into simple and efficient experiences. * Familiarity with UX research methodologies and the use of AI in the design process. * Strong communication skills to present and advocate design ideas to stakeholders. * An up-to-date portfolio showcasing practical examples of your work (mandatory).
