Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior UX/UI Designer for our product team, focused on enhancing user experience and prototyping, with an emphasis on learning and growth. Key Highlights: 1. Support the creation of intuitive and visually appealing interfaces 2. Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation fidelity 3. Maintain and evolve our Design System We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior UX/UI Designer with foundational knowledge who is eager to learn and grow with us. The role will be within the product team, helping improve user experience and prototyping. **Responsibilities:** * Support the creation of intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile. * Assist in conducting user research and usability testing. * Create user flows, wireframes, and low- and high-fidelity prototypes. * Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation fidelity. * Maintain and evolve our Design System. * Analyze behavioral metrics to propose continuous improvements to the user journey. **Requirements:** * Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and visual skills (even academic or conceptual projects are acceptable). * Proficiency in design tools (preferably **Figma**). * Basic knowledge of Design Thinking and User-Centered Design methodologies. * Familiarity with digital accessibility and responsive design. * Collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and openness to feedback. **Nice-to-Haves:** * Basic HTML/CSS knowledge. * Prior experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Additional courses in UX Research or Interaction Design. **We Offer:** * A continuously learning environment. * A culture of innovation and user-centric focus.
