Lead and manage Performance Evaluation processes, building effective feedback and Individual Development Plans (IDPs). Coordinate and optimize Trainee programs, ensuring an enriching experience aligned with business strategies. Structure and implement the Senior Management Succession Plan, preparing our leaders for the future. Promote continuous development initiatives for employees, aiming to reduce competency gaps and enhance performance across the organization. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions and the market, focusing on talent attraction and development. Monitor team operational and behavioral indicators, seeking to improve processes and maximize efficiency. Develop the capacity of the multidisciplinary team, fostering professional qualification. Conduct needs assessment.
