Job Opening: Financial Assistant Asseste Extintores — Curitiba/PR About the Company Asseste Extintores has been operating since 1986, providing fire extinguisher maintenance, recharging, and sales; fire hose testing; technical and commercial consulting; and personal protective equipment (PPE) distribution. About the Position We are seeking an organized, responsible, and committed Financial Assistant to join our administrative team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and ease handling daily financial and administrative routines. Key Responsibilities Issuing and verifying bank slips (boletos); Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable; Bank reconciliation; Entering financial transactions into the system; Issuing invoices; Organizing financial documents; Supporting collections and monitoring delinquency; Assisting with daily administrative tasks within the finance department; Providing basic customer and supplier support when required. Requirements Completed high school education; Basic to intermediate computer literacy; Proficiency with spreadsheets and systems; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Good communication skills and professional demeanor; Proactivity and accountability. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in finance or administration; Experience issuing invoices; ERP system experience. Compensation and Benefits Gross monthly salary: R$ 2.058,00; Meal allowance: R$ 250,00; Transportation allowance or fuel allowance. Position Details On-site work model; Location: Curitiba – PR; Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 11:50 AM and from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM; Employment type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws).
