We are looking for someone **focused on results**, with ease in **communication, negotiation, and conversion**, operating across multiple channels: **phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media**. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities** * Expertise and talent in **digital sales**, with strong persuasion and conversion ability across digital sales channels (phone, WhatsApp, email, social media) * Conduct **proactive calls to existing customers and new prospects**, generating sales of Linhas Corrente products (threads, accessories, and other items in the portfolio) * Present the product portfolio clearly, highlighting practical benefits, applications, and competitive advantages * Identify customer needs (type of production, volume, application) and propose suitable solutions from the product mix * **Achieve sales targets**, daily contact quotas, number of prospecting attempts, conversion rates, and revenue, tracking performance via reports/CRM * Accurately record all customer interactions in the system (CRM/ERP), ensuring up-to-date history and reliable data for sales analysis * Maintain and reactivate customers by contacting inactive accounts or those experiencing reduced consumption * Conduct active post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction, identify new opportunities, and prevent customer attrition * Handle commercial objections with a consultative approach, always aligned with company commercial policies, price lists, and defined terms * Always place the customer first, ensuring a positive experience * Collaborate with the External Sales team to support order adjustments, delivery timelines, and terms when necessary * Follow outreach scripts while adapting communication to each customer’s profile * Study and deeply understand Linhas Corrente products, acquiring expertise to explain their differentiating features to customers * Ensure compliance with internal policies, information confidentiality, and LGPD requirements in customer data handling **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Proficiency in Excel * Courses in sales, persuasion, or related fields * Strong **oral and written communication skills** * Experience in sales and conversion strategies * Good **diction**, clear communication, and voice suitable for professional telephone customer service * Basic knowledge of **computer skills** (Microsoft Office suite) and experience using **CRM or ERP systems** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in **B2B sales**, or serving textile, fashion, or handicraft industries (e.g., manufacturers, garment workshops, ateliers) * Prior knowledge of **sewing threads, embroidery threads, overlock threads, and other Linhas Corrente portfolio products** * Experience with **CRM tools** (e.g., RD Station, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) * Participation in training courses on **sales techniques, telemarketing, negotiation, or customer service** **Additional Information** * Location: 100% in-person at Ipiranga neighborhood/SP * Meals provided at the company * Group life insurance * On-site parking * Private pension plan * Basic food basket allowance * Open English program * Childcare assistance * Totalpass benefit * Profit-sharing program (PLR) For over 100 years, Linhas Corrente has been manufacturing textile solutions for the industry and inspiring creativity through handicrafts. **Linhas Corrente** is one of the world’s oldest and most traditional companies.
