With courage and dedication, we established ourselves in the transportation industry and, today, have expanded our operations and created diverse solutions across Brazil through the 6 companies that make up our Group — positioning us as one of the country’s top and largest logistics groups and a reference in the sector. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and supervise construction projects (schedule, quality, and costs); * Interpret and verify architectural, structural, and installation drawings; * Perform measurements of completed work; * Prepare budgets and quantity takeoffs; * Control materials and teams on-site; * Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards; * Support project coordination; * Conduct technical field inspections; * Prepare construction reports (RDO); * Compare executed work against project specifications; * Interface with suppliers and service providers; * Support physical\-financial planning. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical course in Building Construction (mandatory); * Registration with the Federal Council of Industrial Technicians or the Regional Technical Council (CRT) of the area; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and Excel; * Basic knowledge of planning (schedules); * Site organization and control; * Strong communication skills with teams. **Additional Information** Here, we create paths to reach our dreams.
