Provide IT-related support to units during the second shift. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support, maintain, and evolve the **TASY** system (BackOffice and Clinical modules), ensuring availability and performance; * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating needs into systemic solutions; * Develop, maintain, and optimize **SQL** queries and reports to support clinical and administrative decision-making; * Monitor and resolve incidents and problems, identifying root causes and proposing definitive solutions; * Analyze, review, and continuously improve processes to enhance operational efficiency and alignment with best practices; * Support system implementations, version upgrades, and testing (acceptance and production); * Manage and oversee integrations between systems (ERP, PACS, etc.), ensuring data integrity and consistency; * Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to resolve requests, open and track service tickets; * Prepare technical and functional documentation, and guide users or support training when required; * Contribute to management indicators and reports, supporting IT governance and continuous service improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology or related fields; * English proficiency (Basic) preferred; * Experience with TASY; * SQL experience (**preferred**); * SQL Server or Oracle database experience (**preferred**); * Power BI dashboard development experience (**preferred**); **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Meal voucher, Food allowance, Medical insurance, Dental insurance, and Total Pass. **Employment Type:** CLT employment contract, on-site work. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 With 30 years of market experience, the **Diagmed Group** has built its history upon pioneering spirit and perseverance.
