Enrollment processing and collection from delinquent students Internship Position Company operating in the education/training sector, located at L2 Sul, Brasília-DF. Job Description: Provide student support via WhatsApp, email, and in-person visits; process enrollments; clarify questions; resolve issues; collect payments from delinquent students; and perform other related duties. Requirements and Responsibilities: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Pedagogy, Languages, or related fields, studying during the NIGHT shift or via Distance Learning (EAD). Strong writing skills, basic computer literacy, and ability to learn quickly.
