As a **Support and Reporting Assistant**, you will be responsible for developing custom queries and reports to meet clients' specific needs and ensure delivery quality. You will conduct technical requirement analyses, align requested customizations with clients, and develop solutions, thereby contributing to process efficiency and client satisfaction. Proficiency in the Questor System is mandatory, as this role requires understanding of the system's architecture and business rules related to customizations. ### **Responsibilities:** * Conduct technical analyses to identify customization requirements; * Align and track customization requests with clients and relevant departments; * Manage customization deliveries, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines; * Develop custom queries and reports according to client needs; * Contribute to continuous improvement of customization-related processes. ### **Requirements:** * Knowledge of the Questor System; * Knowledge of SQL; * Familiarity with business rules in Tax, Accounting, or Payroll areas; * Understanding of operational workflows in accounting firms; * Knowledge of SQL commands, including queries using SELECT, JOIN, and related statements. ### **Academic Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, or related fields.
