This position is ideal for professionals with a strong development background who are also interested in advanced troubleshooting, incident investigation, and continuous product improvement. More than a support role, this is an opportunity to work directly with engineering teams—reproducing complex scenarios, fixing bugs in code, collaborating with diverse technical teams, and contributing to the evolution of a platform used by companies worldwide. * Investigate, **reproduce, and fix bugs** in applications. * Address **complex technical incidents in cloud and on-premises environments**. * Analyze **application logs, metrics, and behavior** to identify root causes. * Work with **Kubernetes, GCP, and AWS environments for troubleshooting and optimization**. * Collaborate with global Engineering, Platform, and Professional Services teams. * Manage and track technical tickets, ensuring SLA compliance. * Participate in technical escalations and critical problem investigations. * **Develop code improvements and automations** to increase platform reliability. * Share knowledge and support the technical growth of the team. **This position is right for you if you:** * Have **solid experience as a Software Engineer, Backend Engineer, or Systems Engineer**. * Possess **advanced English proficiency for communication** with international teams and clients. * Have strong expertise in **cloud environments**, preferably **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**. * Have advanced experience with **Kubernetes**, including **deployment, administration, and troubleshooting**. * Have hands-on experience with **Terraform** or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools. * Understand **CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices**. * Are able to **write, read, and debug code in Java, C, or C++**. * Have experience with **observability tools** such as Datadog, Grafana, New Relic, or Splunk. * Have **knowledge of distributed systems troubleshooting** and high-availability applications. **It would be great if you also have:** * Knowledge of GraphQL. * Experience with Node.js. * Knowledge of Rust. * Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. * Experience in startups or fast-growing technology companies. * Experience working with globally distributed teams. **Where you’ll be based:** * Remote work. * Working hours: 13:00–22:00 Brazilian Standard Time, with availability to support customers in the US regions (MT/PT time zones). * Occasional participation in on-call rotations to address critical incidents during weekends and holidays. **Please submit your resume in English** -------------------------------------------- **Benefits of being an e-Corean!** We offer a flexible benefits package: with e-Core BeneFlex, our e-Coreans can customize a benefits package aligned with their personal profile and needs.
