To support this mission, Syngenta’s Supply Operations team is seeking a Supply Operations Coordinator based in São Paulo or Ribeirão Preto. This role will support the delivery of: * Developing and implementing strategic analyses to support leadership decision-making; * Managing operational and budgetary aspects of AGs, returns, rejections, incidents, and Qilogs; * Leading portfolio management processes in collaboration with the commercial team to drive optimization and identify opportunities; * Supporting short-term strategic planning to meet CD requirements; * Building trust-based connections with the commercial team; * Leading and developing people; * Ensuring compliance across area processes; **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree or higher; * Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools; * Experience in Supply Chain and Operations; * Experience working with customers and in commercial functions; * Analytical thinking and results orientation; * Inspirational leadership and people development skills; * Excellent communication and influencing abilities. **Preferred:** * ERP system knowledge (Preferred) **Additional Information** **What We Offer** * A culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion, promotes professional development, and strives for a healthy balance between professional and personal life to support team members.
