Job Summary: Lead, inspire, and develop a team, ensuring correct application of the methodology, project management, and poverty alleviation in vulnerable communities. Key Highlights: 1. In this role, you will: * Lead, inspire, and develop a team; * Ensure correct application and quality of the Decolagem program methodology; * Update data and spreadsheets, monitoring and guiding the team toward goal achievement; * Monitor project timelines, forecasting goals and impact indicators; * Design and implement innovative solutions to support program families in overcoming poverty; * Manage risks and mediate conflicts; * Be responsible for overall local office management, ensuring organization, operation, and maintenance of the unit; * Conduct local team recruitment, selection, and hiring processes; * Manage people, fostering engagement, development, and team alignment; * Exercise direct leadership of local operations, ensuring high performance of activities; * Manage procurement, supplies, and administrative needs required for office operations; * Represent the organization locally, serving as the primary responsible person for the unit. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ **Requirements and Qualifications** What we expect from you: * Completed undergraduate degree (Social Services, Engineering, Law, Health, Communication, or related fields); * Proven experience in project management and team leadership; * Experience in community engagement and direct work in favelas and with people in situations of vulnerability; * Knowledge of agile methodologies; * Ability to read and interpret data; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Power BI and Project; * Experience with project management software (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday, etc.).
