Job description We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to work in a challenging, multicultural, and continuously transforming environment. If you have solid experience in Agile practices, hands-on experience with SAFe, and the maturity to handle people and conflicts, this opportunity is for you. Key Responsibilities Act as a Senior Scrum Master, supporting one or more agile teams in adopting and continuously improving agile practices. Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Planning, Review, Retrospective, Refinement, etc.). Remove impediments, shield the team from external interference, and support risk management. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency across teams and stakeholders. Work within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) context, supporting coordination among multiple teams and program-level events (PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, etc.). Encourage communication and alignment between business areas, technology, and other involved departments. Support the team and organization throughout their agile transformation journey, with a strong focus on business outcomes. Profile & Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master (mature teams, complex or large-scale environments). Strong understanding and practical experience with SAFe concepts. Experience beyond purely software contexts is a strong advantage, such as: business/functional knowledge, upstream involvement (discovery, demand definition), or an engineering background. Maturity to manage people and conflicts, with strong communication and facilitation skills. Resilience to operate in multicultural environments with diverse profiles and expectations. **Mandatory:** Availability to work onsite four days per week in Curitiba (São José dos Pinhais).
