If you easily understand programming logic, enjoy opening the browser console, and aren’t afraid to investigate code in Eclipse to understand an error, this is the place for you! Our focus is to provide consultative and technical support for the Fluig platform, ensuring our customers have the best possible technical experience. Responsibilities and Duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Provide technical support to customers via tickets, phone, and remote access; * Debug and analyze customized scripts (JavaScript) to identify bugs or unexpected behavior; * Provide technical support during platform version upgrades in the customer’s environment; * Use IDEs (such as Eclipse) to review source code and understand business rules; * Execute database queries for information validation and troubleshooting; * Provide basic technical guidance to users regarding ecosystem features. * Technical Knowledge (Junior/Intermediate Level): * JavaScript & jQuery: Familiarity with syntax for reading and making minor adjustments; * HTML/CSS: Solid understanding of structural concepts; * SQL (SQL Server/MySQL): Ability to write SELECT statements, JOINs, and filters for data analysis; * Programming Logic / Java: Basic knowledge to navigate projects in Eclipse and understand application flow; * Web services: Understanding of what they are and how to test them (e.g., via Postman or Insomnia). Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related fields. * Programming languages (Java, JavaScript); * Programming logic and basic database concepts; * Databases (SQL Server/MySQL).
