Description - The candidate will be based at the Head Office in São Paulo and will primarily support Simpress branch projects, managing an average of 8 projects (outsourcing services across the Simprinter, Simmobile, Simpc's and Simthermal's pillars), defining resources and timelines based on structured planning. Ensuring minimal impact during implementation and maximum quality and satisfaction for internal and external customers upon project closure. Will be responsible for organizing kickoff and status report meetings with internal departments and clients, and preparing status report and KPI presentations. - Work location: Head Office in São Paulo, but will support projects nationwide; travel availability is required. Work schedule: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Fridays. Requirements * Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Technology; or currently pursuing postgraduate studies. * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. * Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency. - Intermediate English proficiency – desirable. * Intermediate Microsoft Project knowledge. * Prior experience in print outsourcing is preferred.
