We’re looking for someone to fill the role of **Senior Performance and Development Analyst**, someone eager to accelerate alongside us on this journey. **Your role here:** You will be responsible for **implementing and evolving our goal management framework** (including the OKR cycle or other frameworks that elevate us to the next level), ensuring every effort aligns with strategy, short- and long-term incentives remain coherent, and our culture of **continuous learning and high performance** becomes a competitive differentiator. Concurrently, you’ll serve as the **guardian of our talent development**, aligned with our performance objectives, ensuring our employees and leaders stay ahead—equipped with the competencies needed to grow alongside Turbi. **What you’ll tackle daily:** **Strategic Performance and Goal Management** * **Goal Cycle Leadership:** Structure, pilot, and govern Turbi’s goal-setting cycle—from definition and cascading through periodic reviews and communications. * **Alignment and Transparency:** Ensure 100% of expected outcomes connect directly to Turbi’s Strategic Objectives, clearly and transparently communicating the anticipated impact across all employees. * **Results Governance:** Facilitate performance review rituals with leaders, delivering actionable *insights* to support course corrections and rapid decision-making. * **Analytics:** Transform departmental results and *outputs* into **strategic inputs** for feedback cycles, performance evaluations, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs). * **People Partnership:** Proactively collaborate with People Business Partners to identify *gaps*, risks, and opportunities impacting goal achievement. **Organizational Development and Capability Building** * **Learning Strategy:** Collaborate with leadership to design and implement the Development strategy, including: * Designing high-impact **Learning Paths**, both technical and behavioral. * Managing and launching **Training Programs** and *workshops* focused on key competencies. * **Building and evolving our Corporate University** (or knowledge platform). * **Culture:** Facilitate **onboarding**, trainings, *workshops*, and business-related communications covering *soft skills* and Turbi’s culture—ensuring rapid integration and holistic development for everyone. **What we expect from you:** * Experience in **Performance Management, Strategic Planning**, or related fields, with proven track record implementing goal cycles in **Technology** companies or fast-evolving environments. * An **analytical** and **results-oriented** mindset, capable of turning complexity into clarity and action. * Hands-on experience designing and executing **Development and Capability-Building Programs** for multiple hierarchical levels. * **Talent Leadership:** Experience building or managing Leadership and/or Talent Acceleration Programs (e.g., *high potentials*). * **Tool Familiarity:** Prior use of performance management platforms such as Qulture.Rocks or similar systems. **What Turbi offers to support you on this journey?** * **Salary**: PJ-based compensation, market-aligned; * **Healthcare**: SulAmérica health plan to take care of you. * **Dental Care**: Bradesco dental plan. * **Fitness**: Gympass access to work out your way. * **TurbiFree monthly**: R$ 1\.000 to use our cars however you like. * **Well-deserved break**: 30 days of paid leave after 12 months with us. * **Birthday off**: Day Off on your birthday to celebrate as you wish. * **Extended maternity leave**: Extra time to embrace this moment with peace of mind. * **Paternity leave**: Guaranteed presence during the most important early days. * **Bonus**: Tied to Turbi’s and individual goal achievement. **Our way of working:** Turbi is built by real people who make mistakes, learn, grow, and get things done.
