Infrastructure evolution and monitoring improvement projects Description: Ensure stability, availability, and performance of Windows environments by applying SRE practices to increase platform reliability, reduce incidents, and promote service automation and standardization, ensuring operational continuity and quality. Working within critical and high-availability environments, the professional will participate in infrastructure evolution projects, monitoring and observability improvements, routine automation, and incident response—collaborating closely with Support, Monitoring, DevOps, and Product teams. Challenges include managing complex environments, reducing downtime, enhancing service resilience, and supporting solution scalability. Responsibilities and Duties WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Maintain servers on the Windows Server platform, responsible for creating and maintaining required configurations to ensure infrastructure system stability. * Design system administration solutions addressing diverse operational and project requirements. * Uphold recommended Windows system and service management practices across all environments. Perform fault localization and analyze system errors and logs to improve daily server maintenance. * Manage, coordinate, and implement software updates, patches, and hotfixes on servers, workstations, and network hardware (as assigned per specific project needs). * Create and modify scripts to execute tasks. * Provide insights on improving Microsoft environment stability, security, efficiency, and scalability. * Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes. * Expand IT professional knowledge and skills alongside the team and implement new IT projects. * Provide remote IT infrastructure support, assisting clients from various business areas. * Offer strategic support for implementations, improvements, projects, and operations. * Conduct critical analysis for troubleshooting. * Analyze and resolve incidents and problems in the environment. * Handle internal and external requests. Requirements and Qualifications WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Advanced knowledge of Windows Server. * Proficiency in Microsoft services: Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WSUS, Cluster, KMS, RDS, IIS, and Certificate Authority (CA). * Proficiency in concepts such as LVM, LUN, Multipath, iSCSI/Fibre Channel/SAS. * Knowledge of virtualization and virtualization tools (VMware/OVM). * Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing, VLANs, and experience with firewalls. * Proficiency in concepts such as LVM, LUN, Multipath, iSCSI/Fibre Channel/SAS. * Knowledge of scripting languages such as VBScript, .NET, and PowerShell. * Knowledge of virtualization and virtualization tools (VMware/OVM). * Knowledge of Go\-Global is a plus. * Solid understanding of protocols including DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S, LDAP, SMTP, SNMP, FTP, and LDAP. 2512180202551924561
