Join our team and help us transform the dairy universe***.*** ***\#JoinAlvoarDairy*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the development, review, and implementation of guidelines, methodologies, and processes related to logistics operations and freight management. * Map and analyze logistical flows (Inbound and Outbound), identify operational bottlenecks, and propose process improvements. * Conduct performance evaluations of Branches, Departments, and Suppliers, consolidating information and proposing action plans for cost and timeline optimization. * Develop and monitor dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs such as Lead Time, OTIF, Freight as a Percentage of Sales), using Business Intelligence tools (Power BI and Excel). * Apply data analysis to detect deviations, anomalies, and opportunities for cost reduction across the logistics network. * Support the maintenance and review of inventory, stock, and financial controls, monitoring the effectiveness of movements and accuracy improvement plans. * Perform compliance testing on receiving and dispatch processes, documenting and reporting operational results. * Automate cargo monitoring routines and reports using programming resources (e.g., Python, SQL, VBA, or similar). * Participate in innovation and digital transformation projects focused on logistics and warehouse automation **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, International Trade, or related fields. * Prior experience in logistics data analysis, performance indicators, and BI tools. * Knowledge of transportation and warehousing process mapping and service level evaluation. * Experience with logistics management systems (WMS, TMS, ERP) and Supply Chain best practices. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables and formulas), Power BI, and SQL. * Programming language knowledge (Python, VBA, or similar) for tracking and reporting automation is desirable17\. * Experience with SAP. * Competencies: Communication, Customer Focus, Initiative, Results Orientation, Resilience, Agility, and Innovation. **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal or food allowance; * Group life insurance; * UNIMED health plan; * Optional dental plan; * Dairy Product Benefit; * Virtual store for purchasing products at discounted prices; * Profit-sharing program (PLR) based on goal achievement.
