Present across Brazil, the company offers a dynamic environment focused on professional development, service excellence, and continuous team growth. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform laser hair removal sessions according to company-established protocols; * Ensure compliance with biosafety and service safety standards; * Guide clients on pre- and post-procedure care; * Assess skin conditions and clarify procedure-related questions; * Record and monitor possible adverse events until client discharge; * Engage in new client acquisition and scheduling; * Conduct in-person and online sales of unit services; * Track sales, resale, acquisition, and scheduling targets; * Perform post-laser procedures as directed by the company; * Uphold service quality and ensure a positive customer experience. **Required Competencies:** * Technical skill and precision in performing procedures; * Attention to detail and focus on safety; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Empathy, proactivity, and commitment; * Ability to deliver a welcoming and positive customer experience; * Organization and responsibility in executing unit routines. **Requirements:** * Higher education degree in Physical Therapy or Biomedicine, or technical training in Esthetics; * Customer service experience is considered an advantage; * Commercial profile and ease working with targets. * Vaccination card (front and back), showing vaccination records for (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Hepatitis B). **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$2\.799,57 * Commissions * Meal/Voucher Food * Transportation Voucher * Wellhub * Conexa Saúde **Additional Information:** * Employment Type: Permanent - In-person Payment: Starting from R$2\.799,57 per month Benefits: * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher Work Location: In-person
