This person will work on strategic CORE BUSINESS projects, transforming large volumes of data into actionable insights—contributing to data-driven decision-making and advancing organizational KPIs and goals. * Build and maintain robust, scalable analytical environments. * Develop and build interactive dashboards, KPI dashboards, analyses/studies, and reports—with emphasis on storytelling, outcomes, opportunity identification, and decision support. * Work with large-scale datasets in cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform). * Support various company departments with predictive analytics, diagnostics, and data-driven recommendations. * Contribute to structuring and maintaining a portfolio of strategic and operational KPIs. * Apply continuous improvement mindset and focus on innovation within the People Analytics area. **Requirements and Qualifications** To transform healthcare, you must: * Hold a completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields. * Have experience in data engineering, automation, and data visualization. * Power BI: Data modeling, DAX, and report creation with storytelling focus. * SQL: Proficiency in BigQuery (GCP), layered architecture (medallion), scheduled queries, job execution, and use of Cloud Run and Cloud Functions. * Python: For automation, integrations, and analytics. * Power Apps: Knowledge preferred (Bubble is a plus). * Automation tools: Power Automate (Make and n8n are advantages). * Strong analytical capability, systemic vision, and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
