**What are we looking for?** **Key Responsibilities:** Define best development practices; Program, code, and test systems in the relevant language, transitioning between Front-End and Back-End development projects; Implement complex system functionalities; Propose technological improvements to systems. Monitor adherence to best practices in system development. Validate the existing test coverage in projects; Validate new application features; Monitor application system performance; Propose technological improvements to systems; Anticipate opportunities and issues proactively, responding with agility, speed, and effectiveness by developing preventive solutions; Support junior developers and contribute to project-level technical decision-making; Perform system maintenance, implementing necessary changes to meet user requirements; Carry out program assembly, debugging, and testing tasks, performing maintenance on already-developed programs. **Requirements:** \* Requirements for the position – Senior Java Developer \* Technical Experience \* Minimum 6 years of experience in Java development. Backend and Data Persistence \* Solid experience with EJB (Enterprise JavaBeans) and JPA (Java Persistence API). \* Experience working with relational databases, including data modeling, query optimization, and advanced data manipulation. \* Development of native queries for relational databases. Architecture and Best Practices \* Application of design patterns and best practices aligned with scalable, high-performance, and sustainable architectures. Integrations and Messaging \* Experience with JMS queues. \* Development and maintenance of REST APIs, with emphasis on performance, security, and standardization. Infrastructure and DevOps \* Experience with IBM WebSphere application servers. \* Use of Maven for dependency management and build processes. \* Version control using Git. Quality and Monitoring \* Strong experience in creating and maintaining unit tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability. \* Familiarity with log analysis and monitoring tools, preferably Graylog. Frontend and Web Development \* Knowledge of Angular 2+ and Microfrontend architecture for building modular and scalable applications.
