The Disputar module directly handles automation and monitoring of electronic bidding processes across multiple public procurement portals, requiring complex integrations, automation, observability, adaptability to external changes, and high operational reliability. We are looking for a senior developer who enjoys solving complex problems, possesses strong analytical skills, and can autonomously tackle technically significant business challenges. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and evolve medium- and high-complexity back-end solutions; * Analyze and resolve critical technical issues; * Participate in defining solutions for new features and integrations; * Technically lead high-complexity tasks and projects; * Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement; * Collaborate with the team to discuss solutions, architecture, and best practices; * Support incident investigations and production interventions when required; * Contribute to improving platform reliability, observability, and quality; * Work closely with Product, Squad Leader, Tech Lead, and other company areas. **Requirements and qualifications** * Solid experience in Java development; * Experience developing REST APIs; * Experience with PostgreSQL databases; * Experience with automated testing, especially JUnit; * Experience with version control using Git; * Experience programming sockets and client/server communication; * Experience with concurrent programming in Java, including thread usage, concurrency control, and synchronization; * Knowledge of distributed systems concepts, such as messaging, pub/sub, transactions, and inter-service communication; * Knowledge of data structures and system architecture; * Experience applying software engineering best practices, such as Clean Code, SOLID, and Clean Architecture; * Experience with web scraping and data collection automation; * Experience using Artificial Intelligence for software development, code review, test generation, and documentation—preferably with Claude Code; * Ability to investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex production issues; * Ability to autonomously lead technical tasks and projects. * Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript is a plus; * Experience with frontend frameworks such as Vue.js and UI libraries is a plus; * Experience with PHP is a plus; * Experience with observability and application monitoring is a plus; * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus; * Experience with highly available distributed systems is a plus; * Experience with process automation and complex integrations is a plus. **Additional information** #### **Schedule:** **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–12:00 | 13:30–18:00. **Work mode:** Remote. #### **Benefits:** **Meal allowance:** R$ 770.00 on Flash card **Remote work allowance:** R$ 230.00 on Flash card **Health insurance:** Company covers 100% of the monthly premium **Dental insurance:** Company covers 100% of the monthly premium **Emotional health program** **Pharmacy discounts** **Life insurance** **OpenEnglish partnership** **Coworking access via Woba network** (Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Portugal) **Birthday day off** **Welcome gift** We develop innovative solutions that transform the daily operations of companies supplying to the government—simplifying processes and driving results.
