Technical review and validation of programming challenges used in training Artificial Intelligence models. Tasks involve code written in various programming languages. The professional is expected to be capable of reviewing and evaluating challenges in any of the following technologies: * Python * JavaScript / TypeScript * Go * Rust * Java Responsibilities * Assess whether the coding challenge is clearly, cohesively, and correctly defined. * Validate whether the test suites accurately reflect successful problem resolution. * Determine whether a solution that passes the tests actually solves the underlying problem. * Apply rigorous technical criteria and excellence standards consistently across all reviews. Desired Profile This position is intended for **Mid-level and Senior Software Engineers** with established professional experience. Technical Requirements * Proven professional experience in software development (production environments). * Practical experience in *Code Review* (reviewing code written by other developers). * Strong expertise in automated testing—knowing precisely how and when a test validates (or fails to validate) a behavior. * A history of contribution to or work on *Open Source* projects is a plus. * High attention to detail and strong technical judgment. * Fluency in English (reading and writing), as the entire workflow will be conducted in this language. Note on scope: This is a specialized technical role based on task-driven assignments. The sole focus is on analysis, validation, and critical judgment—not on code production or writing. Selection Process The selection process is **100% asynchronous**, divided into two phases: Phase 1 — Application and Screening Submit your profile via the application form. Candidates will be evaluated based on professional history, **LinkedIn profile**, open-source code contributions, and form responses. **No synchronous interviews will be conducted.** Phase 2 — Practical Technical Assessment Pre-selected candidates will receive a brief technical exercise featuring real programming tasks in the required languages. The exercise perfectly simulates the project’s day-to-day work: you will review AI-generated code and assess the effectiveness of both the solution and its associated tests.
