We seek professionals who are responsible, vigilant, and committed to security, organization, and residents' safety and well-being. Main Responsibilities: * Control entry and exit of residents, visitors, and service providers * Conduct periodic patrols in common areas of the condominium * Monitor the environment and proactively address potential risks * Record incidents and activities during the shift * Assist in maintaining order and smooth operation of the condominium Requirements: * Completed high school education * Basic computer skills * Availability to work night shifts on a 5x1 schedule * Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented profile Benefits: * Formal employment under CLT regime * Meal allowance: BRL 15.44 per working day * Food allowance: BRL 200.03 * Transportation allowance * Attendance bonus * Night shift premium (when applicable) * Benefits as stipulated by current legislation Join our team!
