### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Responsible for responding to alarm systems and forwarding alerts to security guards. * Cover remote reception during lunch hours. Assist electronic security personnel by directing\-them to the alarm trigger location or contacting customers. * Contact customers in case of alarm triggers or electronic device verification. * Record any changes made to the customer's property in the customer report. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education; * Computer literacy course.
