We seek responsible, attentive, and committed professionals focused on protecting people, property, and facilities. Main Responsibilities * Conduct property surveillance within the condominium premises; * Perform periodic patrols in internal and external areas; * Monitor the environment, identifying and preventing risky situations; * Ensure the safety of residents, visitors, and staff; * Safeguard property integrity and compliance with internal regulations. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Certified Security Guard training with up-to-date refresher course; * Driver's license category **A/B**; * Valid National Security Card (CNV); * Basic computer skills; * Responsible, attentive, and committed profile. Work Schedule * Rotating shift schedule **12x36**; * Shifts: **day or night**.
