Mentor and develop QA professionals Responsible for ensuring software quality excellence through robust testing strategies, providing technical support to the team and leading continuous QA improvement initiatives. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Plan, create, execute, and maintain functional and non-functional test plans, cases, and scripts; * Develop and execute automated test scenarios using programming languages such as Java, Python, C\#**, etc.; * Define testing strategies for critical projects; * Design, evolve, and maintain test automation frameworks; * Evaluate and implement new testing technologies and tools; * Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), focusing on defect prevention and product quality improvement; * Serve as the technical reference for the QA team; * Document results and propose process improvements; * Lead the quality strategy of the squad or project technically, ensuring alignment with business objectives; * Promote a quality culture across the entire team, including developers and product owners; * Mentor and develop QA professionals (junior and mid-level), supporting technical growth and soft skills development. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Solid experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.); * Experience with test lifecycle and requirement management tools such as Azure DevOps and/or Jira; * Proficiency in at least one programming language applied to test automation; * Experience with automation frameworks such as: + Cypress, Selenium, Robot Framework, Capybara, Appium, Detox; * Experience with non-functional testing, especially load and stress testing (e.g., JMeter); * Knowledge of End\-to\-End (E2E) testing and API testing; * Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) practices; * Experience using API testing tools such as Postman or Insomnia. **Academic Background:** * Completed undergraduate degree or technological graduation in: + Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Software testing certification (e.g., CTFL or similar); * Knowledge or experience in Artificial Intelligence applied to testing, intelligent automation, or predictive quality analysis; * Prior experience in high-scale environments or mission-critical products. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance (R$ 1\.042,60 / month); * Food Allowance (R$ 805,80 / month); * SulAmérica Private Health Insurance (private room); * SulAmérica Dental Insurance; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Christmas Basket Voucher (Alelo) R$ 805,80; * Life Insurance; * Childcare or Babysitter Allowance (R$ 522,38 up to age 6); * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Birthday day off; * Early 13th salary payment in May; * TotalPass; * OnHappy. * **Work Model:** Remote * **Employment Type:** CLT ***All our positions are inclusive of Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and all forms of diversity.***
