Job Summary: Responsible for handling material and service procurement requests, including issuing, modifying, and following up on purchase orders and contracts, and conducting supervised procurement processes. Manage supplier registration Handle requests related to the procurement of materials and services, as well as the issuance, modification, and follow-up of purchase orders and contracts. Conduct competitive bidding and procurement processes under supervision. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct supervised competitive procurement processes, proposal evaluation, negotiation, and issuance of purchase orders. * Issue purchase orders, or modify/follow up on them, for requisitions related to expropriation, PMRv, direct billing, and Fleet Management. * Manage supplier registration: request documents, commercial data and information, legal name, trade name, CNPJ (Brazilian corporate tax ID), email, contact phone numbers, and conduct due diligence to approve registration, ensuring alignment with the company’s procurement needs. * Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; **Desirable:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. **Additional Information** **Position located in Ribeirão Preto.** **Work Modality: 100% On-site.** **Administrative working hours, Monday to Friday.** **BENEFITS:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Gympass; Pharmacy discount; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR), subject to achievement of goals and performance; Baby Gift Kit; Childcare allowance for mothers (internal benefits subject to specific dates and policies; eligibility determined per current policy); IBH Serviços e Participações is a Highway Platform operated by funds managed by Pátria Investimentos.
