PROCESS ANALYST II – VACATION COVERAGE We have a temporary opportunity for vacation coverage, intended for professionals with experience in processes, operational analysis, and continuous improvement. The focus of this hiring is to ensure continuity of operational activities during the temporary absence of the incumbent employee. HIRING MODEL * Temporary contract – vacation coverage * On-site work in São Paulo/SP WORK LOCATION Centro Histórico de São Paulo/SP WORK SCHEDULE * Monday to Friday * 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Monthly workload: 200 hours COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS * Salary: R$ 3\.712,07 * Meal allowance: R$ 32.00 per day * Transportation allowance * Health insurance plan * Life insurance * SESC membership * GoGood platform REQUIREMENTS * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Exact Sciences or Engineering * Minimum 2 years of experience in the field * Knowledge of process management * Knowledge of ITIL V4 or higher * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Visio, and Bizagi Modeler * Technical English * Willingness to travel when necessary KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Data analysis and diagnosis * Development of procedures and process documentation * Planning and conducting problem analysis * Identification of operational improvements and corrections * Supporting operations with suggestions and process development * Conducting operational training Important: This opportunity is strictly temporary and intended solely for vacation coverage Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree Willingness to travel
